Mr.
Bradley brings over 15 years in the venture capital, corporate
development, investment management and business incubation
industries to the Fund. Mr. Bradley has led investments in 27
technology companies and served on the board of 6 companies.
Mr. Bradley has been an active technology investor since 1988
bring strong operational, financial and strategic experience
to portfolio companies. He is a prominent member of the
Pacific Northwest venture capital, entrepreneurial and
individual ‘angel’ investor communities. Mr. Bradley
currently serves on the Board of Directors of
SnapNames.com
and
ShareThis, Inc.
From 1995
to 1998 Mr. Bradley was the Founder and CEO of Elliott Capital
Partners. At Elliott (a startup accelerator) Mr. Bradley
developed candidate companies and was the lead professional
working directly with startup firms in various industries,
focusing on business plan, team development, contact
negotiations, financing and merger and acquisition
strategies.
From 1990
to 1995 Mr. Bradley was a Senior Vice President of Sundance
Systems (Dallas, Texas) at their San Diego office. Mr.
Bradley was one of the lead investment professionals on
various early stage energy, broadcast hardware technology and
broadcast content related deals where he managed and directed
market analysis, due diligence, technical analysis, business
model analysis, and deal structuring with the various
entrepreneurs and their specific teams.
From 1988
to 1990 Mr. Bradley was a Strategic Analyst with Pacific
Capital Partners assisting in the development and syndication
of private equity financings for energy and technology related
deals.
Previously, Mr. Bradley Co-Founded ABA Investment Corporation
(commodity trading firm), trading in the global commodity
markets on behalf of Saudi Investment Bank preferred clients
located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. Mr. Bradley negotiated
contracts, conducted market analysis, due diligence, trade
analysis, executed day and position trading, hedging
activities and portfolio management in addition to assisting
in the management of the firm’s day-to-day operations.
Mr.
Bradley majored in Business and Finance at the University of
Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota.
